WebMoney is a powerful hardware and software system that enables Internet users to conduct safe transactions in real time using WebMoney units (WM-units). Special software - WM Keeper - is used to manage the movement of WM-units. The system offers several types of WebMoney units and purses for them:

WMR – equivalent of Russian Roubles (R purse),
WMZ - equivalent of US Dollars (Z purse),

Purses of the same type should be used to transfer WM-units (the system does not allow for transfer of non-matching types of units into the purses; you need to transfer WMZ units into a BrandyCasino purse).

How do I create an Webmoney account, and start depositing with Webmoney?

It is easy to join WebMoney Transfer. All you need is to download a WM Keeper client on your PC and register with the system by accepting terms of use and receiving a WM-ID. During the registration you will have to provide and confirm your personal information.

How Do I withdraw my winnings?

To withdraw money from account go to Cashier and select the “withdraw” button.

Due to Visa's and MasterCard's regulations we are not permitted to return funds to your Visa and MasterCard Credit Card. Cash Outs will be returned via Wire Transfer, or Bank Draft, or if you have used any of these depositing method in the past, via Neteller, MoneyBookers, Webmoney.

Bank drafts will be sent to your billing address, as specified by you during the account registration process, using regular worldwide mail. Please make sure that the specified billing address is correct to avoid any delays. If this address had been changed please contact out Customer Service department at support@BrandyCasino.com. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery due to slow mail service. There are no charges imposed on bank draft withdraws.

If you select Wire transfer as the preferred method for withdraw, you will be asked to fill in your bank account details. There are no charges imposed on Wire transfer withdraws.

The minimum sum for a Bank Draft Cash Out is $5 and for a Wire Transfer Cash Out is $1,000.

If you have requested to withdraw a lower amount, we will not be able to process your request and the funds will be added to your Casino account.

To withdraw your winning for the first time you need to pass the standard procedure of identification. That means you need to send the copy of your personal documents by fax or e-mail.

What is the "pending withdraws" screen?

Once you make a withdraw, your withdraw request is pending to be processed by our financial department in Antigua. By entering the “Pending Withdraws” screen in the “Withdraw” section in the cashier you can view all your Withdraw requests that are waiting to be processed.

Generally no withdraw request will be processed before 12 hours of making the request so that you can cancel withdraw requests while the transaction has not been processed yet, and return the amount back to your casino account, so you can go ahead and play.

I have made a Withdraw but have changed my mind. How do I cancel a Withdraw request?

As mentioned, all Withdraw requests awaiting to be processed show up in the “pending Withdraws” screen in “Withdraw” section in Cashier, for about 12 hours from your initial Withdraw request date. You can cancel Withdraw request as long as they show up in the “pending Withdraws” screen, and return the requested amount back to your casino account, so you can go ahead and play.
